General information

The following information provides a simple overview of what happens to your personal data when you visit this website. Personal data is any data that can be used to identify you personally.

Data collection on this website

Who is responsible for data collection on this website? Data processing on this website is carried out by the website operator. You can find the contact details in the section "Information on the controller" in this privacy policy.

How do we collect your data? On the one hand, your data is collected when you provide it to us. This may be data that you enter in a contact form, for example. Other data is collected automatically or with your consent by our IT systems when you visit the website. This is primarily technical data (e.g. internet browser, operating system or time of page view) and analysis data via Google Analytics.

2. Responsible body

The controller responsible for data processing on this website is

rms. relationship marketing solutions GmbH

Management: Markus Fink, Oliver Mack

E-mail: info@rm-solutions.de

3. Data collection through the contact form

If you send us inquiries via the contact form, your details from the inquiry form, including the contact details you provide there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. We will not pass on this data without your consent.

  • Legal basis: The processing of this data is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR, provided that your request is related to the fulfillment of a contract or is necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, the processing is based on our legitimate interest in the effective processing of the inquiries addressed to us (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR) or on your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR), if this has been requested.
  • Storage period: The data you enter in the contact form will remain with us until you ask us to delete it, revoke your consent to storage or the purpose for data storage no longer applies (e.g. after your request has been processed).

4. Analysis tools (Google Analytics)

This website uses functions of the web analysis service Google Analytics. The provider is Google Ireland Limited ("Google"), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

Consent (Consent)

We only use Google Analytics if you have given your express consent to this via our cookie consent banner (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR). You can revoke this consent at any time with effect for the future.

Google Analytics 4 (GA4)

We use GA4. The IP address is anonymized by default, so that direct personal identification is severely limited. Google uses the information to evaluate your use of the website and to compile reports on website activity.

Data transfer to the USA

Data may be transferred to servers of Google LLC in the USA. Google is certified in accordance with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. This guarantees an appropriate level of data protection.

  • Order processing: We have concluded an order processing contract with Google.
  • Storage duration: The data stored by us at user and event level, which are linked to cookies, are deleted after [e.g. 14 months].

5. Use of a write-based assistance system (chatbot)

We use a chatbot developed in-house on our website to process your inquiries efficiently and provide you with fast customer service.

Type and scope of processing:
When you use the chatbot, the text messages you enter are processed. In order to improve the quality of our service and to better understand frequently asked questions, we store the chat dialogs.

Anonymization:
The dialogues are stored in anonymized form. This means that technical identifiers (such as your IP address or session IDs) are separated from the dialog immediately after the end of the chat or during transmission. It is therefore not possible to link the content of the conversation to you personally.

Hosting and data security: As this is an in-house development, processing takes place exclusively on our own servers or at our German/European hosting provider Hetzner. There is no transfer of chat content to third party providers or to third countries outside the EU.

Legal basis:
The processing is based on our legitimate interest in modern, interactive customer communication and statistical evaluation to improve our offer (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR). If the chat is aimed at concluding a contract, the additional legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR.

Note on input:
We recommend that you do not enter any sensitive personal data (such as health data or bank details) in the chat history, even if the storage is anonymized.

6 Your rights as a data subject

Within the framework of the applicable legal provisions, you have the right at any time to

  • Information (Art. 15 GDPR): About your personal data stored by us.
  • Rectification (Art. 16 GDPR): Correction of incorrect data.
  • Erasure (Art. 17 GDPR): "Right to be forgotten".

  • Operating system used
  • Referrer URL (the previously visited page)
  • Host name of the accessing computer
